My house sold in 24 hours with Linda's guidance and professionalism. The entire process was seamless from the moment I called to inquire about possibly selling. Linda had a listing price and course of action to me within 48 hours. My house was listed shorty after some advice on staging, and making the house marketable. Within 24 hours I had 2 offers of which Linda was very active in negations that were in my best interest. Throughout the entire process Linda was readily available for a call, text or email communication. There was never a delay in documentation or process and closing was earlier than anticipated due to her work ethic and efficiency. I was referred to Linda Sidzina from a dear mutual friend. Linda listened to my needs. I have Parkinson disease and the first time we spoke she asked what I was looking for in a home and the area of the city I would prefer to live. I began to explain that I have Parkinson disease and what my needs would be in purchasing a home. I gave her all the requirements I would like in a home...no wood decks, no basement, first floor laundry, easy access in and out of home, a detached garage and then some other wishes. She helped in planning for my purchase seeing I had a rental lease that would expire May 28th, 2016. When I walked into the home she recommended I check out, I knew immediately it was the home I would love to live and it met all the needs I requested. She really did listen and found me the perfect home. She helped with other issues such as referring to financing, an inspector which was important to me and some one to help improve some things I would like done on the outside. I really can't say enough for the satisfaction she offered and the kindness she offered. She found my home with all the needs I expected and that alone proves how well she listened to my desire of a perfect home which I will enjoy for years to come.
